5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus balance become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus before the current one has been cleared or expired will result in the previous bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pkk365 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test cricket, football, esports and other sporting events as listed in the Sports section. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pkk365.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet slip confirmation with a reference number. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, subject to any odds change notification you may have accepted.
• Void bets: If an event is cancelled, abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined by pkk365, or if the specific market is voided for any reason, the stake will be returned to your balance. In an accumulator, a voided selection is removed and the bet settles on the remaining selections.
• In-play betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. pkk365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example during a wicket falling in a cricket match. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred but before the odds have been suspended may be voided.
• Obvious pricing errors: Where a price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, pkk365 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price.
• Result disputes: The official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body is used for settlement. For PSL and Pakistan cricket matches, the PCB-confirmed result is final.

Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed in the bet slip. Placing bets in excess of limits or using multiple accounts to exceed limits constitutes a breach of these terms.

7 Casino Games

Casino games on pkk365 — including live casino tables, slot games and other game show formats — are provided by third-party game studios. The rules specific to each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game interface.

All casino games on pkk365 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes (cards dealt, wheels spun) by professional dealers. pkk365 does not control game outcomes. • Casino game bets settle instantly at the end of each game round and winnings are credited to your balance in PKR immediately.

• Registering more than one account on pkk365, regardless of the name, email or device used.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software or any other non-human method to interact with the pkk365 platform.
